Township At Scale

The SKG 135 Acre Township spans multiple integrated sectors — high-rise residential towers, row houses, bungalow plots, commercial zones, EWS housing, a school, and a community centre across 3 acres. Site and massing analysis was conducted across all three elevations to support Environmental Clearance. The integrated township plan was designed to maximise land use, regulatory alignment, and long-term development value across every sector.

Strategic Planning

We provided full architectural design management — leading the project from concept through to Environmental Clearance approval. The team managed FSI optimisation, land use strategy, infrastructure design, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Fire NOC and EC approvals were secured ahead of schedule. Through systematic MEP value engineering, ₹85 lakhs in costs were saved — demonstrating how disciplined planning directly protects and enhances project capital at every stage.
