Sukhwani Business Hub required a thoughtful upgrade — not a full rebuild. The focus was on elevating the existing premises to Grade A commercial standards without major structural changes. A sleek, modern lobby was redesigned to create a strong first impression. Smart concierge services were seamlessly integrated, and the overall property identity was sharpened to compete confidently in the corporate leasing market.
Design Enhancement
We delivered a complete design enhancement package for Sukhwani Business Hub. The main lobby was reimagined with a chic, corporate aesthetic using premium finishes and modern lighting. Smart concierge services were integrated into the existing setup with minimal RCC disruption. A full sales collateral package was developed to support leasing conversations — giving the property a polished, market-ready identity from day one.
