Smart Floor Design

Savian Mahesh Mangal Baug redevelopment focused on extracting the highest value from every floor. Working within a compact 500 sq.m floor plate, the design introduced smart layouts, Juliet balconies, and a dedicated amenity floor. Parking was resolved through reduced basement levels, ground-level parking, and stilt-based stack parking — making the building efficient, practical, and well-planned from the ground up.

Efficient Planning

We provided end-to-end design-led project management from RCC and parking efficiency planning to full RERA and EC documentation support. GFC coordination and execution oversight ensured the project stayed on track with minimal disruption. By integrating cohesive exterior and interior design elements from the start, we delivered a refined, consistent building identity that met both regulatory and client expectations.

Urban Upgrade

Borivali's fast-growing housing demand inspired a design approach where nothing is wasted. The challenge of a compact floor plate became an opportunity to show that smart planning, good proportions, and cohesive design can produce a building that feels spacious, premium, and purposeful. This project proves that great redevelopment is not about adding more floors, but about adding more meaning.
