Project Brief
Godrej Gale Club House is a premium 3-acre recreational and hospitality facility designed within Hinjewadi's Integrated Township Planning framework.
We served as the Architectural Design Management Consultant — resolving compliance, fire safety, MEP value engineering, pool placement, parking optimisation, and ventilation planning while fully preserving design intent through structured workshops and collaborative consortium work.
Lifestyle Hub
The clubhouse is designed as a central lifestyle space offering recreation, relaxation, and social interaction. It integrates indoor and outdoor amenities with clear zoning and smooth circulation. The design ensures safety, accessibility, and comfort while maintaining a modern look, making it a key attraction within the township and enhancing overall community experience.
Design Management
We provided architectural design management inputs focusing on compliance, planning efficiency, and cost optimization. Our scope included setback planning, fire access routes, ventilation design, and parking optimization. We also supported approvals and coordinated MEP and HVAC strategies, ensuring the project met safety standards while maintaining design intent and execution efficiency.
