Live, Breathe, Explore
RK Dam Resort is designed around three things guests truly want — rest, nature, and adventure. The resort brings together wellness retreats, organic food spaces, and outdoor activities in one connected setting. Every building uses biophilic design, meaning natural materials, open air, and greenery are built into the structure itself, not added as an afterthought.

Smart Sustainability
We provided end-to-end eco-build advisory for this resort — covering design strategy, renewable energy integration, and minimal-impact construction planning. We made sure the resort works as a business too, with a scalable layout, long-term ROI in mind, and a positive impact on the local community and surrounding environment from day one.
Dam, Life, Balance
The dam itself was the starting point. Water holds stillness and energy at the same time and that is exactly what this resort needed to feel like. We were inspired by how dam-side landscapes in Maharashtra quietly hold so much life. The design simply follows that lead, using the site's natural rhythm as its blueprint.
